Kairos Community College Caloundra

Here to support students who have become disengaged or disenfranchised from mainstream education, Kairos Community College caters for students in Years 10, 11 and 12 who wish to complete their Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) in a supportive learning environment.

Kairos is a word that means ‘recognising and seizing the opportune time to take action with passion and conviction’. We believe it captures the essence of what our college seeks to achieve and underpins our philosophy of practice. We seek to provide a holistic approach to education.

Our college provides opportunity for students to realise their passions and forge new paths to create a meaningful future. Kairos is a fee-free school that is committed to providing a welcoming, accepting and supportive learning journey.

Opening in January 2020, Kairos’ second campus is nestled in the vibrant and green Caloundra community/sports precinct. Students benefit from a calm and safe environment, and programs are delivered with students learning needs at front of mind.
