Customer contact counters and reception desks in Caloundra, Maroochydore and Nambour will close at 4.30pm on Thursday 24 April 2025. We will reopen on Monday 28 April 2025.
For urgent matters, you can contact us on (07) 5475 7272 (24 hours a day 7 days per a week).
Bin collections will occur as usual on public holidays. If your collection day falls on a public holiday, place your bin in at its usual collection point by 6am.

Using external apps to contact council
Council only accepts incoming messages via its approved channels. We do not subscribe to third party services or apps to relay any information. This includes requests for a service, or attachments such as images.
Approved channels are email, mail, telephone, in person at a customer service counter or via an online form on a council website.
