La Balsa Park
This popular waterfront park on the bank of the Mooloolah River provides three playgrounds, exercise equipment and adequate shelter and shade. The pathway through the park continues up to Point Cartwright. There are four off street car parking locations as well as the trailer parking area at the boat ramp.
This popular waterfront park on the bank of the Mooloolah River is a picturesque picnic spot with three playgrounds, including one that is fully fenced, an exercise/fitness equipment node as well as adequate shelter and shade. The fully fenced playground has a sand surface and is inclusive, which means it contains play elements that encourage children of all levels of abilities to engage with one another in play and discovery.
The wheelchair friendly pathway through the park continues up to Point Cartwright and is a popular joggers route. There are four off street car parking locations as well as the trailer parking area at the boat ramp. This is also a double concrete boat ramp with a separate boarding pontoon.
