Request for information online
The community is able to request information by completing the below form.
Use this form to request information for:
- general information from council
- information on street sweeping in your area (dates are subject to weather and seasonal conditions)
- information for a school project
- information about an upcoming event
- providing feedback or suggestions to council.
If you need to log a request for service, (potholes, water leaks, damaged wheelie bins, street sweeping/blocked catchpits etc.) or to report a breach in a local law, please complete the request a council service form.
If you do not receive an acknowledgement or reference number via email within 3 business days, please contact council at customer.service@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au.
