Report a discarded shopping trolley
Please contact the business directly to report abandoned trolleys in the first instance.
Before contacting Council, try reporting the trolley directly to the retailer:
- Aldi: report via Aldi online form
- Big W, Dan Murphy's and Woolworths: Report via Trolley Tracker or phone 1800 641 497
- Bunnings: phone 1300 554 777
- Coles and 1st Choice Liquor Stores: report via Coles online form or phone 1800 876 553
- Kmart and Target: phone 1800 163 900
- Officeworks: phone 1300 633 423.
Please allow at least 48 hours for the business to collect the trolley.
If the trolly is not collected after this time, please contact Council. We will investigate and arrange for the trolley to be removed.
