Kawana Island Meeting Place overlooks Double Bay Beach Park and the waters of Lake Parrearra with close proximity to eateries and a convenience store. The venue is self-service and offers two spaces for hire, Meeting Room A and Meeting Room B which can be booked individually, or together as one large space.

Community/Not for Profit (NFP) per hour - Room A or B - $21.10 Whole Venue - $40.95

Regular bookings (12 or more per year) per hour - Room A or B - $25.75 Whole Venue - $47.90

Standard/Casual per hour Room A or B - $31.60 Whole Venue - $58.50

Bond - casual event (low-risk) - $400

Bond - casual event (high-risk) - $1,500

Bond - regular event - $250

Cleaning - POA

Security - $75 to $120 per guard/per hour - required for all considered high-risk events. Minimum duty requirement of 5 hours applies.

Note: All applicable fees and charges will be confirmed at the time of booking. Venue hire and bond charges are dependent on the hirer and event.
