Features

Kawana Forest Meeting Place is nestled centrally within the Kawana Forest community. The space is self-service and has two meeting rooms - Rosella Room (up to 70 people) and Banksia Room (maximum 8 people).

The Sunshine Coast Chapter of Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN) invites people interested in cybersecurity to an evening of learning, sharing, and connection. New and previous attendees are welcome!

Whether you’re considering a career change, studying, have something to share, or simply curious about the industry, this session will explore:

- Career pathways into cyber: practical routes to get started

- Transferrable skills: how your existing expertise can open doors in security

- Real experiences: hear stories from women who’ve broken into the field

- A day in the life: insights into what working in cyber really looks like
