The following 6 projects have been selected from across the Sunshine Coast to demonstrate the 10 Sunshine Coast design principles. These projects highlight the applicability of the principles across different development scales and the variety of design and built outcomes possible.

We are building a library of exemplar homes, buildings, parks, public spaces, streets and neighbourhoods on the Sunshine Coast that demonstrate the design principles. To register your interest and find out about the process contact us.
