Development Control Plan 1 - Kawana Waters applies to land subject to the Kawana Waters development agreement (see part 1, section 1.2, paragraph 1(b) and map SCC1).

The operation of Control Plan 1 - Kawana Waters is currently suspended and affected by Temporary Local Planning Instrument (Kawana Waters Town Centre) No. 4 of 2025. The Temporary Local Planning Instrument has effect from 13 April 2026 until 12 April 2028.
