Unitywater agreement

A Participation Agreement for Unitywater was made on 25 June 2010. An amendment was created 5 April 2017.

As per the South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail restructuring) Act 2009 a Participation Agreement (amended 5 April, 2017)[5743KB] was made between Sunshine Coast Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Noosa Shire Council and Unitywater.

This agreement covers:

  • structure
  • obligations
  • strategic plan
  • corporate plan
  • reporting
  • proportionate distribution of funds to the participants.
