National Volunteer Week - meet John, our volunteer

To celebrate National Volunteer Week, we'd like you to meet some of the great volunteers we have throughout Sunshine Coast Council. This is John, who helps our Coast environment.

To celebrate National Volunteer Week, we’d like you to meet some of the great volunteers we have throughout Sunshine Coast Council. Meet John, a retired school teacher. John has been volunteering for seven years. During his time as a teacher, John was heavily involved with Environmental Education and he collaborated with council for about 20 years, so volunteering for the Community Nature Conservation Program seemed like a natural flow on after retirement.
