Kylie-Lee Bradford | Founder and CEO Kakadu Organics

Kylie-Lee Bradford is a proud Murrumburr woman from Kakadu National Park in the Northern Territory and the founder of Kakadu Organics, a First Nations-owned native foods and wellness business grounded in culture, Country and sustainability. Growing up in a small Aboriginal community in Kakadu, Kylie-Lee developed a strong connection to native ingredients and a vision to create products using wild-harvested native foods while generating meaningful economic opportunities for Aboriginal communities.

Founded in 2014, Kakadu Organics has grown from that vision into a national business producing native foods, bush teas, skincare and wellness products, with products sold across Australia and into international markets. Kylie-Lee's broader work also includes First Nations business coaching, Traditional Owner consultation and the design and delivery of initiatives supporting Indigenous entrepreneurship and sustainable community development. She is particularly passionate about creating opportunities for Aboriginal women and strengthening the economic sustainability of rural and remote communities while maintaining strong connections to culture and Country.

Debbie Hoger | Founder and CEO Riley Callie Resources

Debbie Hoger is a proud Dunghutti woman, mother of two and founder of Riley Callie Resources, a 100% Indigenous-owned business supporting educators to embed authentic Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout children's learning. With university qualifications in Arts and Science and First Class Honours in Anthropology, Debbie has drawn on her cultural heritage, educational background and lived experience as a parent to build resources that help educators engage with First Nations cultures, histories and knowledges in meaningful and culturally respectful ways.

Debbie established Riley Callie Resources after recognising a gap in the education sector for authentic, accessible First Nations teaching materials. The business now supports schools and early childhood services across Australia and actively works with Indigenous creators and businesses to strengthen cultural integrity and Indigenous economic participation. In 2026, Debbie also co-created and hosted the inaugural National First Nations Education Conference in Brisbane, bringing together hundreds of educators from across Australia to learn directly from First Nations voices, knowledge holders and leaders.
