Building searches
You can obtain a copy of building records and certificate of classification (occupancy) by completing a building, plumbing and development search application form.
For building plans, complete a file retrieval form.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of file retrieval and search requests, please note these requests may take up to 20 business days.
To get a copy of building plans that council may hold, you need to complete a file retrieval form.
