parkrun Sunshine Coast
parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. parkrun is five-kilometres and takes place every Saturday morning.
parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit, and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.
Complete the registration form, print your barcode and head down to your local event.
parkrun is held every Saturday morning at 7.00am at nine locations on the Sunshine Coast:
